Selamlar. Az önce mint kurdum.Herşey sorunsuz gibi gözüküyor ancak wireless'da problem yaşıyorum.Aynı problemi ubuntu ve windowsda da yaşamıştım. ilk mesajdaki kodların çıktıları şöyle;

Sistemi yeniden başlattım ancak bir değişiklik olmadı. Sorun yine devam ediyor. Sorunun Windows 7 ve Ubuntu 'da da yaşanmış olması donanımsal bir probleme işaret olabilir mi? Ya da donanımsal olmadığından nasıl emin olabilirim?

İşletim sisteminden bağımsız bir sorunsa, modem ile ilgili de olabilir. Modem için güncel bir sürümü varsa firmware güncellemesi yapmayı deneyebilirsiniz.

modem kaynaklı bir problem olduğunu düşünmüyorum çünkü hem diğer laptobumla modeme/internete bağlanabiliyorum, hemde diğer wireless ağları da görmüyor.
dediğim gibi hardware ile alakalı bir problem olabilir mi? bunu nasıl anlayabiliriz?

Şurada (http://support.lenovo.com/tr/tr/products/laptops-and-netbooks/lenovo-g-series-laptops/g50-70-notebook-lenovo/documents/ht062592?tabName=Solutions) yazana göre FN+F7 tuş bileşimi ile açılıyormuş.

laptop da wireless kontrolü F5 tuşunun üzerinde belirtiliyor o yüzden Fn+F7 ile rfkill list te bir değişiklik olmadı. Fn+F5 'i tuşladıktan sonra kod çıktısı

Tekrar FN+F5 ile kablosuz ağı açın. Emin olmak için
sudo rfkill unblock all komutunu verebilirsiniz. Ardından şu öneriyi deneyebilirsiniz: http://forum.linuxmint.net.tr/index.php?topic=2574.msg16343#msg16343

BIOS'tan ayarları kontrol ettim. Wlan desteği aktif durumda
Bilgisayarımda Windows da yüklü değil.

Geç cevap için kusura bakmayın: Şuradaki (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=713006) öneriyi deneyebiliriz. Önce kablosuz ağ bilgisayarın önündeki tuştan kapatın.(rfkill çıktılarında yes yazmalı.) Ardından bilgisayarı yeniden başlatıp tekrar gözlemleyin.
Mümkünse kablo ile genel ağa(internet) bağlanıp 4. ve 5. seviye güncellemeleri yapmayı deneyebilirsiniz. http://forum.linuxmint.net.tr/index.php?topic=119.0
