Selamlar,
Lenovo ideapad 300 marka laptop kullanıyorum. Laptopun datasheet sayfasında 1920x1080 çözünürlük ayarını desteklediğini öğrendim.

Notebookta ekranımı 1920x1080 ayarlarında kullanmak istiyorum yardımcı olursanız sevinirim.

Paylaştığınız bağlantıya göre HD özellikli ekranların 1366x768 çözünürlüğünü desteklediği yazıyor, bahsettiğiniz çözünürlük FHD ekranlar için geçerliymiş.

Uyarı için teşekkürler, bağlantıdaki Display kısmında 2 tane bilgi veriyor. Benim ekranımın FHD olduğunu düşünüyorum, çünkü Windows'ta 1920x1080 kullanılıyordu.

Ardından sistemi yeniden başlatınız.
Sistemi yeniden başlattığınızda masaüstüne erişemezseniz, CTRL+ALT+F1 tuşlarına birlikte basarak TTY1 uçbirimine ulaşınız. Bu ekranda kullanıcı adı ve şifrenizi girip oturum açtıktan sonra, aşağıdaki komutla oluşturduğunuz dosyayı silip sistemi yeniden başlatınız.
sudo rm -f /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-monitor.conf

Önce şağıdaki komutla dizin oluşturun sonra yeniden deneyin.

Linux Mint 18'de varsayılan metin düzenleyici xed'dir, gedit kullanmanıza gerek yok.

Kopyalamayı yaptım ve sistemi yeniden başlattım değişiklik olmadı.
Açılıştada herhangi bir problem yaşamadığım için config dosyasını silmedim.
ARandR içerisinde veya display seçeneğinde 1920x1080 seçebileceğim alanı göremiyorum.
Bu arada bir bilgi öğrendim paylaşayım, laptopu aldığım kişi şu an kullandığım laptopun içerisine mint'i usb veya cd-rom'dan boot ederek kurmamış. Başka bir laptopunda mint yüklüymüş onun diskini söküp bu laptopa takmış. Belki bununla ilgili olabilir diye bir usb belleğe mint çektim ve bilgisayararı usb'den boot ettim , Usb'den açılan mint içerisindede 1920x1080 seçeneği gelmedi. Doğru bir test oldumu tam bilmiyorum ama biraz daha devam ettirmeyi önerirseniz yeni bir harddisk bulup ona kurulum yapacağım.

Uyguladım , yeniden başlattığımdada problemle karşılaşmadım , fakat yine çözünürlük ayarlarında fullhd gözükmüyor.
