[Çözüldü] Linux Mint 19.3 Ağda Kaldırılamayan Kısıtlı Mod Sorunu

Arkadaşlar merhaba. İnternete girdiğimde bazı sitelere ulaşamıyorum. En basitinden youtubeda dolaşırken ağ yöneticiniz kısıtlı modu etkinleştirdiğinden bazı sonuçlar kaldırıldı diye bir yazı çıkıyor. Tarayıcıdan kısıtlı modu kapatmama rağmen aynı engelleme devam ediyor. Bu durumu sadece linux mintte yaşıyorum.Windows 7 pcde ve android telefonda böyle bir kısıtlamayla karşılaşmıyorum. Opera vpn ile bu sorunu geçici olarak çözebiliyorum ama sürekli de vpn kullanmak istemiyorum.
