hotspot yüklenmiyor

Merhaba. Bundan evvel kullandığım linux mint 17.3 cinnamon 32 bit üzerinde hotspotu kolayca kurup çalıştırmıştım. Fakat hali hazırdaki mint 18 64 bit cinnamon üzerinde laptopımı hotspota çeviremiyorum, zira yükleyemedim.

Forumda evvelce yüklemek için gösterilenleri denedim fakat nafile. Yükleyeceğim vakit şöyle bir hata ile karşılaşmaktayım:

Not: interneti komşudan kablo ile almaktayım. wifi ile hotspot yaparak akıllı telefonumdan bağlanmak istiyorum.
Not 2: Herhangi bir tesiri var mı yok mu bilmiyorum lakin, güvenlik duvarını faal yaptığımı hatırlıyorum.

Evet fakat ben konsoldan açıp kapama ve diğer ayarları yapabilmek istiyorum, yani esas problem bu uygulamanın açılmaması.
Yani yüklü olduğu halde terminalin programı bulamaması/tanıyamaması.

Uygulama ilgili PPA deposu Linux Mint 18'i desteklemediği için yüklenmemiş. İşe yarar mı bilmiyorum ama ap-hotspot paketini buradan indirip kurmayı deneyebilirsiniz.
