Aşağıdaki komut ile gnome-alsamixer paketini kurunuz.
sudo apt-get install gnome-alsamixer
Kurulum sonrası, Menü => Ses ve Video => Gnome Alsa Mixer kısayolu ile uygulamayı açınız ve kapalı (kısılı) olan ses kanalı varsa açmayı deneyiniz.
Sorun bu şekide çözülmezse aşağıdaki komutların çıktılarını da paylaşınız.
