Kulaklıktan ses almama rağmen hoparlörden ses gelmiyor

Öncelikle merhabalar..Dün sistemime Mint Serena Mate kurdum. İlk defa linux kullanıyorum. forumu iyice araştırdım fakat problemime çözüm bulamadım onun için konu açma gereği duydum yardımlarınız için şimdiden teşekkür ederim. Sorun ise kulaklıktan aktif olarak ses geliyor ve herhangi bir problemle karşılaşmıyorum ama kulaklık çıktığında hoparlörden 1ile 5 saniye arası ses geliyor ve arkasından ses tamamen kayboluyor. Tekrar kulaklığı takınca ses gelmeye devam ediyor. Gerekli çıktılar:

[member=8]Butterfly[/member] üstadım dediğinizi harfiyen yaptım fakat herhangi bir değişiklik olmadı. Diğer mint  forumlarınada baktım değişik yönergeler uyguladım yinede çözülmedi sorun. Sanırım problem entegreden kaynaklı diye düşünüyorum. Bir sitede casper nirvana A15 in ses sorununun  kronik  bir problem olduğu yazıyor. Sanırım ses kartını değiştireceğim. Vaktinizi aldım yardımınız için teşekkür ederim .
