[Çözüldü] İndirme esnasında hız sıfırlanıyor ve 0 B/s de kalıyor

İnternetimde hiç bir sorun olmamasına rağmen özellikle büyük dosyaları indirirken böyle bir sorun yaşıyorum. Bir kaç yüzde dolduktan sonra hız sıfırlanıyor. Ve o şekilde de kalıyor. Çok küçük dosyaları indirdiğim zaman sorun olmuyor mesela bir resim, mp3 veya txt belgesini anında indiriyor. Farklı modemlerde de denedim, farklı tarayıcılarda da denedim, sunucudan kaynaklı olabilir diye başka sunuculardan dosyalar indirmeyi de denedim sonuç aynı. İinternet bağlantısında bir sorunda yaşamıyorum gayet hızlı bir bağlantı kullanmama rağmen dosya indiremiyorum. İnternette arama yaptığımda sadece Steam adlı bir uygulamada böyle bir hata ile karşılaşıldığına rastladım onun çözümüne de baktım ama tabii ki işime yaramadı. Resimler daha iyi ifade eder durumu, onları da ekliyorum. Yardımcı olanlara şimdiden teşekkür ederim.
